Introduction

Innuana AG’s research and development activities are focused on the operational implementation of plant-based development programmes with clearly defined target structures. Central to this work is the controlled development of source materials whose phytochemical profiles are suitable for analytical assessment, standardisation and further pharmaceutical development logic.

Breeding-oriented development work:

Our work includes structured breeding and selection approaches through which plant populations are developed and differentiated with respect to defined trait constellations. The focus is not limited to isolated compounds, but extends to functionally relevant profile relationships.

01

 Phenotypic and chemotypic selection:

Suitable plant lines are selected on the basis of defined morphological, developmental and analytical criteria. The objective is to identify candidates whose profile architecture corresponds as consistently as possible to an overarching development target.

02

 Controlled cultivation environments:

Plant-based R&D requires reproducible framework conditions. Innuana AG therefore operates in controlled environments that enable robust steering of relevant parameters and comparability across development cycles.

03

 Translational relevance

Our development work is designed to generate outcomes that can be transferred into analytical, scientific and, where applicable, pharmaceutical downstream processes. We therefore do not regard R&D as an isolated botanical activity, but as a preparatory stage within a broader translational value chain.
